7-Day Zhangjiajie Fenghuang Tour

Tour Overview
Admire the most stunning sand stone peaks in the world geopark - Wulingyuan, explore the unique ethnic culture and buildings at the world heritage site town, where was once called the most beautiful ancient city in China by the famous Zelanian writer, Rewi Alley.

Day 1 Arrive in Zhangjiajie (no meals)
Meet your guide at the airport, and then transfer to the hotel in Wulingyuan National Forest Park.

Day 2 Wulingyuan (B, L)
After breakfast, we will take the world's highest sightseeing lift (Bailong lift) to ascend the summit of the mountain, where you will marvel at the breathtaking  views of the peaks around you. After that, proceed to visit the beautiful Yuanjiajie and Tianzi Mountain.

Day 3 Wulingyuan (B, L)
Enjoy a hiking tour along the Golden Whip Stream (7.5 km), and then pay a visit to Yellow Stone Village (Huangshizhai).

Day 4 Wulingyuan (B, L)
Full day excursion to Grand Canyon today, in which you can try the world longest and highest glass bridge. 

Day 5 Wulingyuan/Zhangjiajie (B, L)
Drive to visit Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, where you will ascend the mountain by the longest cable car in the world (7,455 m). Hotel in Zhangjiajie city.

Day 6 Zhangjiajie /Fenghuang (B, L)
Morning transfer to visit Fenghuang ancient city (4.5 hours drive). Take a walk in the ancient city in the afternoon.

Day 7 Fenghuang/Zhangjiajie/Exit (B, L)
In the morning, go on exploring the ancient city, after lunch drive back to Zhangjiajie for the flight to your next destination.
