Tour Overview
A very special tour package! We will feast our eyes on the unparalleled natural beauty of Yunnan and Guizhou. We will visit some minorities' villages to dig their unique culture facts and explore an ancient military outpost village, where the people who still keep the traditions and lead an unchanged life as their ancestors in more than 600 years ago.

Day 1 Arrive in Kunming (L, D)
Meet your guide and transfer to the hotel. If time permits, may visit the Birds and Flowers Market, and the important landmark of Kunming -- Jinma &Biju Archway Twin Tower.      

Day 2 Kunming To Stone Forest (B, L, D)
Pay a visit to the West Hill and Dragon Gate. In the afternoon, trip to Stone Forest at Lunan County and stay overnight there.   

Day 3 Stone Forest /Sizhong/Xingyi (B, L, D)
Transfer to Xingyi via Sizhong. Xingyi is the southwest gate of entering Guizhou province. En route, visit the local tobacco farm and a local country market if time is propers.                                          

Day 4 Xingyi (B, L, D)
Morning visit Forest of Thousands of Mountain Peaks and a local folk museum of wedding rituals. In the afternoon, visit Maling Gorge and Heaven-Star Gallery scenic attraction which needs 3 hours’ hiking.                                                   

Day 5 Xingyi / Zhenfeng
Morning transfer to Zhenfeng. En route, visit Aiyu Buyi people village to see their traditional way of spinning and weaving. Then, explore Zuoqi Black Miao Village to discover women’s traditional costume with big earring, black turban and black cotton jacket. Then, drive to Xiaotun to see the ancient paper-making way from mulberry tree.                     

Day 6 Zhenfeng / Huangguoshu /Anshun
Morning drive to Huangguoshu. En route, stop at Huajiang to view its grand valley. Then, explore a local Buyi people village to appreciate its stone architecture. In the afternoon, explore the largest waterfall in China- Huangguoshu Falls, 81 meters wide and 74 meters in height.          

Day 7 Anshun /Liuzhi/ Anshun
Today's excursion takes you to Suoga Village to see the long-horned Miao people. Theyér noted for their headdress consisting of many meters and weight( 4-5 pounds) of braided hemp wrapped to form two enormous horns with hair from the wearer’s female ancestors. Their traditional clothes incorporate outstanding embroidery and batik. You will have a chance to see how they make their headdress. A performance will be arranged. Return to Anshun.

Day 8 Anshun / Guiyang
Take the morning coach to Guiyang, the capital city of Guizhou Province. En route, stop at Tianlong to visit the Laohan (Old-Han Chinese) Village best known for their Dixi (Ground Opera). The operas recreated the ancient Chinese tales from the Three Kingdoms (220-265) period and Tang (618-907) dynasties. The performers will put wooden mask on their forehead to ensure their voice could be heard by the audience. Women’s traditional costumes come with long blue robes and white or black turban. Upon arrival in Guiyang, city tour includes: Jiaxiu pavilion, the symbol building of Guiyang. Overnight at a comfortable hotel

Day 9 Depart Guiyang (B)
After breakfast, you will be escorted to the airport for your fight to next destination.
