18-Day Honeymoon China Tour

Tour Overview
This is a special gift for you and your newly better half. We have prepared private cars, experienced guides and the comfortable hotels for you in the famous romantic destinations. We try to make your honeymoon unforgettable and enjoyable.

Day 1 Arrive in Beijing (D)

Meet your guide at the airport and then transfer to the hotel. Balance of the day at leisure. Hotel: Best Western Premier Hotel (4-star)

Day 2 Beijing (B, L, D)

Enjoy full-day tour of the Temple of Heaven, the Qianmen Street, the Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City.

Optional night activities:  Kung Fu show or enjoy tea and performance at Laoshe Tea House.

Visit the Mutianyu Great Wall and the Summer Palace. In the evening, enjoy Beijing Roast Duck dinner.

Optional night show: Beijing Opera

Day 4 Beijing To Kunming (B, L)

After breakfast, visit the Beijing Hutongs by rickshaw. In the afternoon, be escorted to the airport for the flight to Kunming. Upon arrival, be picked up to the hotel. Hotel: Golden Dragon Hotel (4-star)

Day 5 Kunming (B, L)  

Make an excursion to the Stone Forest and then drive back to Kunming for a visit to the local Birds and Flower Market.

Day 6 Kunming To Lijiang (B, L)

Take the morning flight to Lijiang. Upon arrival, we drive to explore the Lion Hill and the Mu's Residence. Hotel: Hexi Hotel  (4-star)

Optional night shows: Lishuijinsha or Naxi Ancient Music.

Day 7 Lijiang (B)

Drive to see the White Water River and the Dry Sea (Ganhaizi). Later, take the cable car to the beautiful Spruce Plateau and overlook the Jade Snow Mountain from there. Drive back to Lijiang, en route, perhaps make a stop-over at the beautiful Shuhe Old Town.

After breakfast, visit the Black Dragon Pool Park and the ancient Murals in Baisha Village. The rest of the day is at leisure until you are escorted to the airport for the flight to Chengdu. Be met at Chengdu Airport and transferred to the hotel. Hotel: Tianfu Sunshine Hotel  (4-star)

Today is city sightseeing, including the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, the Wuhou Temple and the Jinli Old Street.

Optional night show: Sichuan Opera and face changing

Drive to Leshan to admire the Giant Buddha. Later, transfer to Mt. Emei and check into the hotel. Hotel: Emeishan Hotel (4-star)

After breakfast, take the local sightseeing bus to the Emei Mountain to visit the Monastery of Ten Thousand Years, the Qingyin Pavilion, the Baoguo Temple and the wild monkey protection region.  Drive back to Chengdu.

Be transferred to Chongqing by train. Later get on a 4-star Yangtze cruise.  

Day 13 Yangtze Cruise and Shore Excursion (B, L, D)
Today's shore excursion takes you to the Fendu Ghost City or the Shibaozhai Temple based on the different cruise schedules. The ship will dock near the White Emperor Town at night.

Day 14 Yangtze and Its Tributary Cruise (B, L, D)
The ship passes through Qutang Gorge in the morning. Taking 6 hours to visit the Lesser Three Gorges or the Shennong Stream (depends on the ship company's choice), afterward visit Wu Gorge and Xiling Gorge and more...

Day 15 Disembark In Yichang/Shanghai (B, L)
Visit the Three Gorges Dam, and disembark in Yichang around 12:00. Later, transfer to the airport for the flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, you're picked up to the hotel. Hotel: Anting Villa Hotel (4-star)

Day 16 Shanghai (B, L) 
Visit  the Yu Garden, Yuyuan Market and the South China Silk Mill. The rest of the day is free.

Optional night show: Chinese acrobatics

Day 17 Shanghai(B, L)
After breakfast, visit the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the Bund and Nanjing Lu. The rest of the day is free exploration of Shanghai.

Day 18 Depart Shanghai (B)
Drive to the airport for your homebound flight.
