Tsim Sha Tsui

Tsim Sha Tsui, or more easily referred as TST, is a major tourist harbor in bustle and hustle Hong Kong, an area for shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, bars and hotels. 

Tsim Sha Tsui is located at the southern tip of Kowloon Peninsula, separated from the Hong Kong Island by the Victoria Harbor. It is best reached by taking the scenic Star Ferry across Harbour and enjoys the Harbor skyline scenery at the same time.

There are many harbor front hotels facing the renowned Hong Kong Island, providing magnificent view around, like Intercontinental Hong Kong, Peninsula Hotel Hong Kong, which provides great dinning experience and water views. During the city-wide celebrations, literally myriads of people gather at the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront areas to view the grand fireworks display and lighting shows in festival season.

Tsim Sha Tsui area offers non-stop shopping opportunities from side streets to large shopping malls. The busy, neon-light shopping district on Nathan Road is known as "The Golden Mile", with many stores, bars and restaurants catering to visitors. Or just check out check out the sidewalks of Granville and Cameron Road, a favorite spot for factory outlet clothing.

Tsim Sha Tsui also offers much cultural experience, like the Avenue Stars and Tsim Sha Tsui Beach, Kowloon Park, Museum of Art and Hong Kong Space Museum. The Avenue of Stars is similar to the one built in American Hollywood, showcasing the Hong Kong's movie industry, its history, movie stars and those working behind-the-scenes.

How to get there:
1. Take the subway and get off at Tsim Sha Tsui East Station. Go out of the station from Exit E.
2. Take the ferryboat to your destination at the Star Ferry Pier of Tsim Sha Tsui.
