Dear Fisher,
 
We had a wonderful time in Guilin and Yangshuo. We were all very happy with the services provided by your company. James is a wonderful tour guide. He is very responsive to the needs of the group and very patient. We think he went above and beyond by working to retrieve Kim's glasses. We were all positive they were lost in the river, never to be seen again. Lo and behold, the next morning James picks them up at the Green Lotus hotel. We were astounded and more than pleased. This is a perfect example of a guide and company that goes beyond what is expected. Our driver was also exceptionally patient and helpful. He was very professional and we felt very safe with him driving. That is not always the case in China! We were also very happy with the transportation provided. The bus was very comfortable.

I know several in our group are planning additional trips and will be contacting James or you in the future. I will definitely be recommending your company to anyone who is looking for tour services in China. I'll be in touch later for our next trip.

Well, about the tour, let me tell you that it was totally awsome. The guide attention was great, he was such a nice person with us, always willing to give the best for us. The hotel was great, totally comfortable, and the private transportation also was good. The meals were delicious, it was the first time i ate dumplings since I arrive to China, because we didn´t know how to order, so it was wonderful. In general, i dont have any complains about the tour, because it was totally awsome. In fact, i want to book another tour for guilin ... my mother is coming to visit me on april and we really want to go there... so I´ll let you know about details as soon as I have the information!!
 
Again, thanks a lot for everything and you have to know that we are totally satistfied with your services !!
