The services offered by China Fact Tours were great. I really had a wonderfull time exploring Suzhou, Shanghai, and Guangzhou guided by Avril, Robert and Sisey. Both drivers were very nice and responsible too. All of them were very kind to us, they were well informed and they really did an effort so we could enjoy your country.

The tour was very good. I am really happy that I chose you and your agency. Thanks for your support.

My Guide Sangbu and my driver did a really good job and showed me many nice places! The hotel was also really good, clean and they spoke english (very important for me!) - nothing to claim! The food (lunch) was also really great, but I wished that we could eat in an more original and non-touristic restaurant.

First thing I have to claim is that I was brought back to the airport to early - nearly 2,5 hours. So I have to wait over 2 hours for my flight. I would suggest next time you shall bring the tourists 1 hour prior departure to the airport! ;-)

Sorry it took a few days to get back to you. I'm working nights shifts and it's really throwing my correspondence off!

We had a great trip. We appreciated the flexibility and overall had a great time. Kelly was a terrific tour guide and we have already recommended her to friends of ours that are traveling in May. They are similar to us - wife, husband, 6 month old child! I'm sure you/Kelly will hear from them. I have also told others that I work with about your service and have had some inquiries - perhaps you'll get some additional referral clients!
