Sorry for the late reply. Alan and I were back in KL, Malaysia almost 1 week ago. I'll be staying for a couple of days here before flying back to Manila, Philippines.

Our trip in Xian was very memorable, although the activity was very tiring (ie, train transits and tour), it was indeed enjoyable and worthwhile.

You have a beautiful country, comparable to an emerging giant; a very colorful history and the people so engaging even with their limited knowledge of the English language.

Thanks alot for your help in getting us the train tickets and arranging the tour for us in Xian. Our gratitude for your pointers/ reminders, countless email exchanges and the followup call to our tour guide in Xian. Indeed, these made us feel very special and fortunate enough to book our tour with you.

We are looking forward to visit China again in the near future and will hire again your service for some arrangements. We will just let you know.

I really want to thank you for the excellent service you've given me on this booking, and also calling me in China to check that my hotel in Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou is good. I am really quite impressed.

I think the tour guides selected for this trip was really excellent. May (Chengdu, Emeishan and Leshan) was really knowledgeable and had good English, friendly, and really went out of her way to make our trip comfortable. Even during mealtimes she checked with us on what food we'd prefer, and whether we are comfortable, etc. Bob (Jiuzhaigou) was also really, really great, he was friendly and tried in all ways to accommodate our needs. He takes our feedback on the food really well, orders what we like, check that we have enough food, is very patient when bringing us around Jiuzhaigou, even shows us Magic tricks to amuse us in the van. Even at night when we wanted to go out, he followed us around the town and made sure that we came back safely. This is beyond his responsibilities as a tour guide and I want to let you know that we really appreciate his effort. These two guides are the best that I've ever had in China, and I've travelled to China many, many times.

As for the hotel selections, I think they're quite good (Tianfu Sunshine is really excellent value for money), except Emeishan (which I mentioned below was dark, dirty and really not 4-star at all). Also the lunch location in Emeishan was quite bad and backpacker standard, when there was so many restaurants around.

Selection of air travel company was good too, I really enjoyed my internal flights around China. The vehicle was good condition, and managed the roads well.

All in all I'm quite happy with the tour, so thank you very much for your help here. I would also like the email of your manager so I can tell him how happy

Sorry for the delay in replying. I have been busy catching up with my works after one week away.

Shenxianchi is a very pleasant location with a very special and gorgeous geo-formation that one could only be found in China and Turkey plus one other country. It might be similar to HuangLong. Unfortunately we did not climb up to the top due to bad weather and limited time availability (a negative impact due to flight delay).

We found the one-hour mountainous ride very pleasant, especially with the snow on the mountain tops. But we overheard some passengers complained about the long journey.

I would like to thank you for your good caring acts by touching base with us at all key locations.

Also, your efficient and effective handling of our tour arrangement.
