Elephant Trunk Hill
The elephant hill lies on the southern corner of Guilin, where the Peach Blossom River joints the Li River, is a landmark and tourist attraction in Guilin. It is regarded as the symbol of Guilin and 220 meter above the sea level. The shape of the hill is just like a huge elephant drinking water from the river with its trunk, hence the name.

Fubo Hill
Another of Guilin's wonderfully scenic spots. It reaches the height of 213 meters and emerges 62 meters above the water. Half of it stands in the river and the other half of it on land. Since the galloping water is always blocked here and eddied, the hill is considered to have the power of subduing waves. Moreover, it was on this hill that a temple in commemoration of General Fubo was built in the Tang Dynasty (618-907), which gave rise to the name Wave-Subduing Hill. some highlights of the park are the Cloister, Thousand-People Boiler, Pearl-Returning Cave (features charming rock, stalactites and statues engraved in the later Tang Dynasty), and Sword-Testing Rock etc.

Reed Flute Cave
Reed Flute CaveThe Reed Flute Cave is a natural limestone cave with multicolored lighting and has been one of Guilin's most interesting attractions for over 1200 years. It is over 180 million years old. The cave got its name from the type of reed growing outside, which can be made into melodious flutes. Reed Flute Cave is filled with a large number of stalactites, stalagmites and rock formations in weird and wonderful shapes. Inside, there are more than 70 inscriptions written in ink, which can be dated back as far as 792 AD in the Tang Dynasty. These aged inscriptions tell us that it has been an attraction in Guilin since ancient times. It was rediscovered in the 1940s by a group of refugees and has since received many VIPs from all over the world.
